Clell Minkaid is apart of team "Oikonny Venoms" after many failures afainst team Star Fox and Star Wolf oikonny was approached by Clell Minkaid to start a elite force such as team star wolf. Clell had mentioned to Admiral Andrew Oikonny that she noticed he did much better on the battlefield then at the head of command.

Andrew Oikonny took offense to the suggestion and had turned the idea away. Soon after the venomian army had started battle simulation testing. One of the lower officers had complimented the Admiral on his driving of his flagship and that he would be a great help on the front. Andrew Oikonny had responded that of course hes a great pilot. He then stated to the lower officer that he should make an elite squadron to take out all his enemies. He thought the idea was brilliant, and went to Clell and a few other of the best pilots to tell them his great idea.

Clell smiled with a feeling of irritation as she went with the admirals plan which was previously suggested by her.
