Water Shrine

there is a part in hidden mist village called the water shrine. This is the place where people wish to send water away from the Hidden mist village.

Along time ago there were many floodings in the land of water and shrines were placed to keep away the heavy rains.

If these shrines really do that is up to the person to believe, but its apart of the traditions of the village to have at least one.
